Better Workouts with Seanol®

Among healthy individuals, persons taking Seanol® had higher blood sugar levels immediately after running on a treadmill (3 minutes after exercise) [1] compared to placebo. It lowered back down by 5 minutes after exercise. This shows Seanol® may help to burn more glucose in muscles during the rest period.

Seanol® can also help with better workouts. In two studies, taking Seanol® for 2 weeks, or even just 30 minutes before a workout, improved physical endurance [1,2]. People who took Seanol® were able to run on treadmills for average 2.4 minutes longer than people who took a placebo. This may be because lactic acid levels were lower with Seanol®, which could cause less muscle pain.
