Oh Ig’s Weight Loss Journey

“For 20 years, I was overweight and lived with abdominal obesity. I had painful ankles that flared up every now and then, and while playing 18-hole golf, I had such low stamina and weak legs that my swings would start to lack control from the 15th hole. As for exercise, I played table tennis once a week and occasionally played golf.

Before Mannas, I tried several times to lose weight, but never had any success, and because I loved eating out with friends and family, I neglected my health and diet more and more over time.

Even when I started taking Mannas, I didn't expect much because I thought it was impossible to lose weight without eating healthier and exercising more.

When I read more about how Mannas works differently from other products, it seemed to me that increasing my blood circulation with a warm sauna or hot bath could increase its weight loss effects. So after drinking water with 1 spoon of Mannas All, I took a hot bath for 5~10 minutes.

After a few months, I was happy that I had lost a lot of weight, and I was motivated to try harder. Mannas gave me encouragement that I can succeed in weight loss in a fun and manageable way, and see my clothes get smaller and smaller.

So while continuing to take Mannas All (1 spoon before and after meals), I only started to eat smaller portions without changing much of my diet. Before MANNAS

  • Obesity > ankle pain > no exercise > weight gain

  • Overweight with severe abdominal obesity (82kg / 36” waist)

  • Ate excessive portions at every meal, and had sugary snacks before bedtime

  • Had high cholesterol levels but was not on any medication

  • Could not exercise regularly due to ankle pain from gout and plantar fasciitis. Played golf and table tennis, but they did not affect weight.

6 months with MANNAS ALL (Jan - Jun 2019)

  • Lost 6-7 kg. Weight 75-76kg, waist 33-34”

  • Took MANNAS ALL at least 2 times a day without exception.

  • Had 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL dissolved in water (1.5 cups) every morning and night.

  • Hot sauna for 5-10 minutes to sweat instead of exercising, around 2-3 times a week.
    After the sauna, took 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL with water. Started to drink more water because of the sauna.

  • Did not change eating habits. Still ate sugary snacks before bedtime.

  • Improved metabolism > lower inflammation > less abdominal fat & weight loss

12 months in (Jul – Dec 2019)

  • Lost 13 kg. Weight 69-70 kg, waist 32”

  • Took MANNAS ALL at least 2 times a day without exception.
    Had 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL dissolved in water (1.5 cups) every morning and night.

  • Hot sauna 1-2 times a week

  • Could exercise more because ankle pain disappeared, and body felt lighter

  • Played table tennis once a week (1-2 hours) and went hiking every weekend.
    Took 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL with water (1L) when exercising.

  • Did not change eating habits. Still ate sugary snacks before bedtime.

  • Improved metabolism > lower inflammation > less pain > more exercise > weight loss

 

2 years in (Jan - Dec 2020)

  • Lost 15 kg. Weight 66-67 kg, waist 31”

  • Took MANNAS ALL at least 2 times a day without exception.
    Had 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL dissolved in water (1.5 cups) every morning and night.

  • Walked 10,000 steps every day. Played table tennis and went hiking regularly.
    Took 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL with water (1L) when exercising.

  • Did not change eating habits. Still ate sugary snacks before bedtime.

  • More exercise > slimmer figure

2.5 years in (Jan - Mar 2021)

  • Lost 17 kg. Weight 65-66 kg, waist 31”

  • Took MANNAS ALL at least 2 times a day without exception.
    Had 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL dissolved in water (1.5 cups) every morning and night.

  • Took 1 spoon of MANNAS ALL with water (1L) when exercising (table tennis, hiking).

  • Also started jogging 1-2 times a week

  • Started to eat smaller portions during meals, and ate less snacks

  • Blood sugar, cholesterol levels returned to healthy levels and stabilized

  • More exercise + balanced diet = health
